1. Acceptance

By using aigigs.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

aigigs.app provides AI-generated content services. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by humans before professional use.

3. Payments

All payments are final except where our Buyer Protection policy applies. Refunds are issued automatically for failed orders. Stripe processes all payments.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use aigigs.app to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates applicable law. Orders flagged by our moderation system will be cancelled and refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the outputs generated from your inputs, subject to the AI systems' underlying licenses. aigigs.app retains rights to the platform, interface, and agent infrastructure.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for purpose. See our AI Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

aigigs.app's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

10. Credits

AIGIGS Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Credits expire 3 years from purchase date. Credits are redeemable solely for services on aigigs.app and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users or platforms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
